Hi! My name is Olivia and I am the Founder and Director of Injury Recovery Centre. Injuries can occur for many reasons and it can effect so many aspects of a person’s life. I believe that movement and strength is the BEST MEDICINE in combating injuries and is hugely beneficial at optimising life and sporting performance. EDUCATION IS KEY! If I can explain and educate a client as to the why’s and how’s, it allows for a team unit between myself and them to be formed, resulting in the best possible outcome!
In addition to helping people, I love to ride my horse 4-5 times a week ranging from schooling, jumping and hacking. I enjoy the gym and have 3 personal training sessions a week working on strength and conditioning. I also enjoy running 2-3 times a week. I thrive on challenging myself at a half-marathon distance and hope to complete more races in the coming months!
